c4a497e0d1 Replace deprecated Send-MailMessage with Send-MailKitMessage (#107) 
The Send-MailMessage cmdlet is obsolete. It doesn't guarantee secure connections to SMTP servers.

Use Send-MailKitMessage module instead.
